JobNailed (“we”, “us”) is a pre-launch product helping job seekers practise interviews with AI feedback. You can reach us at hello@jobnailed.uk.

When you join the waitlist, we store:

• Your first name
• Your email address
• The time you signed up and the page you signed up from

We also use Cloudflare Turnstile to confirm you’re a human and not a bot. Turnstile processes minimal technical signals from your browser to make that determination.

We collect your name and email for one reason: to email you when JobNailed launches, plus the occasional brief update if there’s something genuinely worth sharing before then. That’s it. No marketing lists, no advertising, no resale.

We process your data on the basis of your consent (UK GDPR & EU GDPR Article 6(1)(a)). Submitting the form is your consent — and you can withdraw it any time by emailing hello@jobnailed.uk.

We keep your details until launch plus a reasonable period afterwards so we can send the launch announcement, or until you ask us to delete them — whichever comes first.

We don’t sell your data. We share it only with the providers we use to run the service:

• Our hosting and database provider (to store the waitlist)
• Our email delivery provider (to send you the launch email)
• Cloudflare (for bot protection on the form)

These providers act as data processors on our behalf and are bound by their own privacy and security commitments.

Under UK and EU GDPR you have the right to:

• Access the data we hold about you
• Correct it if it’s wrong
• Have it deleted
• Withdraw your consent at any time
• Lodge a complaint with the UK Information Commissioner’s Office (ico.org.uk)

To exercise any of these rights, email hello@jobnailed.uk and we’ll respond within 30 days.

We don’t use analytics or advertising cookies. The only third-party script on the page is Cloudflare Turnstile, which is strictly necessary for protecting the signup form from automated abuse.

If we change anything material, we’ll update the “Last updated” date at the top of this page. For significant changes that affect existing waitlist members, we’ll email you.
